- Restaurants are responsible for securing customer data and must not misuse it for unauthorized purposes.
- Data Retention for Restaurants:
- Business account data is retained for 5 years or as required by applicable regulations.
- Reviews and ratings may be publicly displayed indefinitely unless removal is requested.
